The final cost of each order will be calculated after adding to the retail price of each product the packaging costs (if applicable) and shipping costs, the amount of which our customers will be informed of before submitting their order. The price charged to the customer is the one in effect at the time of the order. KOFEA reserves the right to change product prices; however, any such change will not affect orders already placed by you, provided these have been accepted by the company, acceptance evidenced by the email mentioned in Article 9 of these terms of use. KOFEA provides you with the option, when submitting your order, to select the type of document you wish to be issued, i.e., retail receipt or invoice, by filling in the relevant field on the Website. The transaction shall be considered completed only after written electronic confirmation is sent by the company.
It is noted that KOFEA may withdraw and not fulfill an order, without cause, and in that case any price already collected will be refunded.
11) Payment Methods
11A) Payment by deposit to one of our bank accounts
There is no safer payment method!
If you choose this payment method, when you click the button “SUBMIT ORDER” located at the bottom of the “YOUR ORDER” field to send us your order, our e-shop will process your order for a few seconds, and immediately afterwards it will take you to a page displaying your order details, as well as the bank account details of the banks we cooperate with.
At the same time, an e-mail will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout, which will also include your order details and the bank account details of the banks we cooperate with.
Then you must deposit the final monetary amount of your order to the bank you choose.
VERY IMPORTANT: you must make your deposit stating as the deposit reference THE ORDER NUMBER and your name.
After we verify your valid payment, we will process your order as soon as possible.
11B) Card payment via the international Stripe payment platform
You can make your payment with a debit or credit card via the international payment platform Stripe.

11 C) Cash on delivery
If you choose cash on delivery as the payment method at checkout, you have the option to pay the total amount upon receipt of your products from the cooperating courier service.

12) Product Warranties KOFEA accompanies the products it offers through its website with the relevant manufacturers’ warranties, where such warranties exist. KOFEA offers no further warranty (time-related or otherwise), except where expressly provided. If a product shows a defect covered by warranty, shipment of the product for repair to KOFEA’s headquarters and/or to the corresponding Representative (see relevant return details for each product separately), as well as subsequent receipt of the product, will be at the customer’s expense. A necessary condition for accepting any return is the completion of the relevant RMA form, which you will find posted on the website of ……………
13) Product Shipping & Shipping Costs
Shipping for orders over €50 is free throughout Greece.
Shipping costs are borne by KOFEA’s customers unless expressly stated otherwise.
Before you click the ‘’SUBMIT ORDER’’ button, make sure you are informed about the shipping costs, as they are clearly indicated under the term ‘’SHIPPING’’ in the ‘’YOUR ORDER’’ field! Products will be sent to the address specified by the customer when submitting the order. KOFEA cooperates with a courier service to ensure safe and fast delivery of products.,
KOFEA makes every effort to ship products to its customers within the stated time; however, in case of delay for any reason, KOFEA does not acknowledge any liability.
You may, of course, pick up your orders from our physical store without any additional charge. In this case, you must first ensure that your order is ready to be delivered by checking in the order progress report that it is at the stage “Ready for Pickup”.
15) Product Returns / Withdrawal
To avoid inconvenience, we recommend that at the time of delivery of your order you check the condition of the sold product and the integrity of its packaging, in order to identify any visible defects, such as incorrect product shipment, broken product, missing accessories, etc. Returns of products sold through SHOPSTORY’s Website are provided for in the following cases: 15a) Product Returns due to delivery error:
In all cases where products other than those sold are delivered, by type or quantity, the customer returns the products for inspection and verification of the error. In this case, the costs of returning the products to the company as well as the costs of reshipping to the customer are borne by KOFEA, provided that the return method recommended by the company is followed.
The return of the incorrect product must be made together with all documents that accompanied the product (e.g., receipt or sales invoice, etc.) and with its packaging complete.
15b) Returns of defective products:
If it is determined that the item has a manufacturing defect, provided that this is confirmed by the authorized repairer who provides the warranty of proper operation, or in case KOFEA itself provides the warranty of proper operation directly, the following apply:
The warranty is provided for a limited period of time stated in the detailed product specifications. After the end of this period, repair or replacement of products is possible with an additional charge following a new agreement with the customer.
The return of the product to be replaced must be made together with all documents that accompanied the product (e.g., receipt or sales invoice, etc.) and with its packaging complete. If it is a defect identified after delivery and the packaging does not exist, or if the product packaging was collected by distributors upon delivery of the item, the product packaging is not required.
Returns of products will be carried out by courier or by returning the defective product to our headquarters. The customer bears the shipping costs to KOFEA and KOFEA bears the shipping costs of the replaced or repaired product.
After the return of the products, an inspection of the defect reported by the customer is carried out and then we contact the customer to inform them of the results of the inspection.
15c) Returns of NON-defective products/Withdrawal by the customer:
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from delivery. Withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:
This withdrawal is without cause and without any charge, and if the item has already been delivered the customer must return the product exactly in the condition it was received, with all its accessories, the accompanying documents and its packaging in excellent condition. The return of the item is accepted only if the buyer has first paid any amount charged to the company for shipping the item to them and the shipping costs for returning the item.
Within 14 days from the day the consumer notified the company of their withdrawal request, the consumer must return the product(s), in accordance with the terms of this paragraph.
The return of the product must be made together with all documents that accompanied the product (e.g., receipt or sales invoice, etc.) and with its packaging complete.
Delivery shipping costs are NOT refunded if the customer had selected a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by KOFEA
The refund to the customer will be made using the same means by which the initial collection was made.
All shipping costs in the case of Withdrawal are borne exclusively by the customer.
15d) Exceptions to withdrawal:
Withdrawal is NOT possible for products that are not suitable for return, for health protection reasons or for hygiene reasons, and which have been unsealed after delivery, such as personal care items (such as—indicatively and not restrictively—cosmetics, etc.).
