The Customer has the right to return a product or withdraw from the purchase contract within five (5) calendar days from the delivery of the order. The period begins on the day following the day on which the Customer acquired physical possession of the products.
The right of return applies only to products that are returned in the same condition as they were delivered:
- They have not been used.
- They have not been damaged.
- They are in their original packaging and are accompanied by all accessories, any accompanying documents, and the purchase receipt or invoice.
Products that do not meet the above criteria will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.
- Incorrect product shipment
In the event that a different product than the one ordered is delivered (in type or quantity):
- The Customer returns the product together with the receipt/invoice and its complete packaging.
- The return and reshipment costs are fully covered by KOFEA.
- Defective product
If the product has a manufacturing defect:
- The return can be made via courier or at our physical store.
- The Customer covers the shipping costs to KOFEA, while KOFEA covers the shipping costs for the replacement or repaired product.
- The product must be returned with the accompanying documents and, where possible, in its original packaging.
- After inspection, we contact the Customer to provide an update regarding replacement or refund.
- Withdrawal by the Customer (non-defective product)
The Customer has the right of withdrawal within 5 days, under the following conditions:
- The withdrawal is without cause; however, all return costs and the shipping costs of the original order are borne by the Customer.
- The product must be returned in the condition in which it was received, with the original packaging, documents, and accessories.
- Refunds are issued using the same payment method.
- If the Customer selected a more expensive shipping method than KOFEA’s standard economical shipping method, the additional costs are not refunded.
- Withdrawal exceptions
Returns are not accepted for products which, for hygiene or health protection reasons, are not suitable for return and have been unsealed after delivery (e.g., cosmetics, personal care products).
Return Process
Step 1: Contact us by phone at ………. or by email at [info@kofea.org](mailto:info@kofea.org) to submit your return request.
Step 2: Securely package the product together with the receipt or purchase invoice and all accompanying documents.
Step 3: Send the product to the return address: KOFEA – 68 Thessalonikis Street, P.C. 57013, Thessaloniki
Step 4: Once we receive the product and confirm that it meets the return conditions, the refund or replacement process will begin.

- Refunds are completed within ten (10) business days from the receipt of the product.
- KOFEA is not responsible for loss or damage of products during return shipment. We recommend using a secure courier service with a tracking number.
