Product Shipping & Shipping Costs

• Free shipping: For orders over €50, shipping is free throughout Greece.
• Shipping cost: For orders with a value below €50.00, the shipping cost is €3.00 (including 24% VAT).

For payments using the “Cash on Delivery” method, a fee of €1.50 is added to the final payable amount.

• Shipping charges: Shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Before you select the “SUBMIT ORDER” button, make sure you have checked the shipping cost, which is clearly displayed in the “YOUR ORDER” section under “SHIPPING”.

Shipping method

• Products are shipped to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.
• KOFEA works with a reliable courier service, ensuring safe and fast delivery throughout Greece. Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days. During holidays or public holidays, delivery time may be 3–7 business days.

Shipping time & responsibility

• Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer. (We recommend using a business/work address, so that delivery is possible during business hours.)
• In cases of national holidays or festive days, deliveries take place on the next business day.
• Orders placed Monday–Friday are processed the same day.
• Orders placed Saturday–Sunday are processed on Monday.
