One a food technologist, the other a chemist. And yet, we found ourselves united by a common love for sustainability, science, and creation.
KOFΕΑ was born from this connection. Starting from our studies and our work with coffee — not only as a beverage but also as a raw residue — we began exploring how an everyday material can gain new, meaningful value.
We experimented, tested, failed, and tried again. And eventually, in collaboration with the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, we developed a natural, high-quality coffee extract rich in phenolic compounds and caffeine. This extract became the foundation of KOFΕΑ’s first skincare line.
For us, KOFΕΑ is where science meets everyday care — and our personal effort to build a world where nothing goes to waste. It is more than a business: it is our shared space of expression, a natural continuation of our bond as sisters, and a way to offer something truly beneficial, honest, and sustainable.
